Internship Program for Faculty of Science Students – Menoufia University

The Faculty of Science at Menoufia University, in collaboration with Sphinx HR, successfully organized a comprehensive internship program for students specializing in physics and chemical sectors. This strategic initiative was designed to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and real-world industrial applications, equipping students with the essential skills required to succeed in today’s competitive job market.

Throughout the internship, participants engaged in a well-structured training program that combined theoretical knowledge with hands-on experience. A core component of the program focused on developing essential soft skills, including communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and time management. These professional skills are critical for improving workplace efficiency and preparing students for careers in industrial and technical fields.

In addition to soft skills development, the program provided practical training in glass technology operations. Students gained direct experience in handling glass materials, understanding modern production techniques, and applying industry-standard safety procedures. This training enhanced their awareness of advanced glass manufacturing technologies and operational best practices.

One of the key highlights of the internship was the full practical training on the glass manufacturing line. Students had the opportunity to observe and actively participate in different stages of the production process, including raw material preparation, processing, and final product output. This immersive experience allowed them to develop a deeper understanding of industrial production systems and manufacturing efficiency.

At the conclusion of the internship program, all participants were awarded official training certificates presented by the Sphinx HR team, recognizing their dedication, performance, and successful completion of the training. These certifications add significant value to students’ professional profiles and improve their employability in the physics, chemical, and manufacturing sectors.

This internship program reflects the strong partnership between academia and industry, highlighting the role of Sphinx HR in organizing impactful training initiatives. It stands as an important step toward preparing highly qualified graduates who can contribute effectively to the physics and chemical industries, combining technical expertise with practical experience and professional skills.
